Airtel misguiding & cheating its customer…………
& No. 1 in India for stealing balances from the customers…
My name is Santosh Walke and my airtel number is 7709981377. I live in Pune...
I just received a message from airtel as:
"Thanks for downloading Hungama Contect Game from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 10. *****"
This was not the first time when i received this message. The same thing happened with me every month. I complained about this on Airtel customer care but there was no resolution and today it happened again.
I never clicked on any link send in messages and never downloaded anything from hungama.com... then why this amount has been deducted from my account time to times...
Its too much from the Airtel that their customer care service executives were also talks very rudely and showing that they dnot know about the above matter and also don’t forget to say ‘ it’s a mistake from customer side, and company cant help in that. They also fails to give us complaint number and the other details.’ Providing feedback is too long from airtel executives…….. Its just they are they only service providers in India.
Moreover, Yesterday I just requested for the GPRS settings and received the same but at morning my balance is only 0.50 rupees. My all the balance was deduces during whole night for various services of the airtel.
It looks like I am not the only one who is facing this problem as there are lot of similar complaints about this...
