My Airtel mobile no is 77097579915. It is prepaid connection. I observed that Rs 1.00 / day is being deducted per day without making any call and without using any services. This has happened many times. Earlier I used to send e mail for complaint and get recovered the overcharged bill. Now email facility available.. Call centers do not respond properly and do not give any solution. What should we do?
