Sir, I hav a complain regarding my bill.m usin Airtel postpaid services and my credit limit is rs.1200 .on 16th of November I activated my GPRS on my phone and I opted rs 98 plan for Internet. I hav used Internet to a great extent, but I thought that my bill can maximum cum to rs.1200 as my credit limit is that.on 1st of December I saw my unbilled usage, it showed me my unbilled usage of rs 14409, then I Thot that for 1 gb I will get discount of rs 10480 .then I saw that it has crossed my credit limit of rs 1200. at that point I spoke to the customer care n I told my matter, they said me that my credit limit has been increased to rs5000.I said them that my limit was 1200 hw it has been increased, they said ki sir u hav usage was hIgh so we have increased ur credit limit, I told them that u sud inform abt it, thy said that thy hav send me msg regarding this, but tob honest sir I havnt rcved ne msg.sir, I hav told my issue to the billing department of Airtel but thy said that thy cannao do ne thing.sir I dint hav the knowledge abt this, I Thot my bill can maximum cum upto rs1200 aslimit is that and after that thy will automatically barred my services. Moreover sir thy hav gave me discount on prodata basis as far 1 gb plan goes thy sud give me discount of rs 10480 but thy hav given me a discount of rs 5000 apprx. Sir being student I cannot pay rs 10000 but I said them that I can pay rs1200 bur thy dint agreed n thy barred my services .sir I request to solve my problem as Soon as possible. I hope u will pay attention to my query.
