I'm a user of "AIRTEL MOBILE PHONE PREPAID CONNECTION" & my no. is 9797360900. I've been getting a problem with "hello tune" service.
i'd subscribed that hello tune just 4 months back, for which i paid the yearly charges (approx. Rs 200) as per the scheme. But now my hello tune service has been barred since 2 months without informing me . i even contacted to the customer care executives a many times but i got different replies on every call (like " ur service will be resumed after 48 hrs", "technical fault", "ur details are not mentioned in our system"etc.). last time i called customer care executive Mr. AAMIR (senior most executive) & got reply that "you are not subscribed to any of these services" & even talked to me rudely. I either want all my charges back (which has occured till yet) or return my 2 months charges & resume my service.
