Un-necessary services provided

My mobile service provider i.e. AIRTEL cheated on me and cut down my mobile balance every time i recharge my phone for un-necessary services like hello- tune, cricket update etc. without my permission.

i had been complaint many times in this regard in airtel customer care but they did not reply to my complaint.

i want, company to reply me and refund my money.
