I have got a new mobile phone couple of months back and configured to use WIFI to access Internet. First couple of months bill came fine. One month I got a bill for Rs 3700/-. When contacted Air tel help desk they told me 100 MB GPRS free pack was activated on my mobile. They have agreed that I haven't requested for this, but came as free with my mobile. No one has informed me about. I haven't agreed or asked for this plan.

How can a provider can add a costly plan without my consent? I have another mobile office where I get 5GB for Rs 750/-, here I have to pay Rs 3700/- for 500MB.
