Sim not working fine

Sir, my mobile 9005601515 is not working fine.

I have recharge my mobile with 10rs. Paper recharge (7.07) 10rs paper recharge (25 std minuts) on 14 feb.

And after recharge my mob when i want to make calls its tell that ur current balance is too low so it can't be connect.

And i tried this more that 25 times but getting faild.

So i contact Customer Care, they are telling that make ur balance more than 1 rs, but at that time i have 5.63rs.

So they disconnact my call, and they are not responding me.

And also some time i see this in my screen 'Sim Card Registration Faild' but after restarting my mobile its works fine..

Now tell me what i do...!
