Dear Sir / Madam,
I have Air tel Pre-paid service since more than two year & continuously avail the same plan of full talk time of Rs. 111 /- but in this month without prior intimation or information the talk time has been changed & start automatic deduction from my air tel account & still i m facing the same problem.
I am putting dam effort first to make contact with air tel customer care & second if they pick up the phone than avoid to do any action regard the same.
Please help me to avoid continuous deduction from my account.
