I HAD ALREADY STOPPED USING THESE ABOVE CONNECTIONS IN MONTH OF JANUARY. DUE TO SOME RENOVATIONS IN THE OFFICE I COULD NOT ABLE TO PAY THE BILLS. BUT AFTER RENOVATION BEING OVER I PAID THE TOTAL OUTSTANDING AMOUNT THROUGH CHEQUE AND RECEIVED A FULL N FINAL SETTELMENT LETTER FROM MAIL . BUT THE COLLECTION DEPARTMENT DID NOT UPDATE THE PAYMENT TILL 1 WEEK. THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE FROM OKHLA, NEW DELHI REPETITIVELY CALLED ME AT MY MOBILE AND ASKED ME ABOUT THE BILL PAYMENT. I TOLD HER THAT I ALREADY PAID THE BILL AND I GOT RECEIPT AND IT IS IN MY OFFICE AND I COULD TELL ONLY AFTER REACHING OFFICE AS I WAS OUT OF TOWN. BUT THE GIRL CALLED ME AND DISTURBED ME TOO MUCH THAT I GOT HARRESED MENTALLY... AND DISTURBED VERY MUCH. THE EXECUTIVES FROM OKHLA OFFICE EVEN ABUSED MY EMPLOYEES AND PARENTS.
SEEING THE ABUSING AND HARRASMENT I FINALLY DECIDED TO MAKE THE STOP PAYMENT OF THE CHEQUE GIVEN.
I WANT TO ASK IS THIS THE WAY TO TREAT THE CUSTOMERS...
