Hi Team,
I am using Airtel Prepaind connection. Usually I use my another handset to make calls and receive calls. I dont check my Airtel cell,
Few days back i check my Airtell phone and shocked to see the remaining balance. It was just 16 Rs. Last time I was having approx 44 rs.
I called customer care they said that some scheme is activated on your no I asked them to dont activate any scheem without asking me. That said you requested for that. I denied I know that agent is laying. I asked them to deactivate it,
After few days that activated "mitti ke rang " without my acknowledgement and deducted 10 Rs. When i called customer care Agent disconnected my call by saying that we are transfering your call to my supervisor and after some time they disconnected my call.
I tried to call again but this time I am not getting any option through we can connect to customer care.
Please help me.
Last time also I was facing such issue and I converted that no into Vodafone.
