Alance deduction

Today airtel had wrongly deduction balance worth rs 17 rupees.

today 22 rs balance was in my account and after noon 12 pm airtel company had wrong deducted amount 17 rs

and is not activated any kind of service pack.

but they have deduction balance wrong amount 17 rs
