Confusing bill!

I bought a blackberry and mobile connection from Airtel, a decision I consider as one of my worst. I bought both on 27th April one day before I had to leave for US. Blackberry was not enabled properly and as a result all my mails started bouncing putting me and my company into a huge embarrassment. I had to call from US to ask Airtel to disable blackberry. Meanwhile Airtel sent a bill with bill entries running into three pages with more than 60 entries for a total of less than 10 calls made/received.

My office made complaints over mail/telephone. I must have received more than 10 calls each time from a new person inquiring why I have not paid my bill threating that the connection will be disabled. Fact is I have not even switched on my Airtel number from May till date.

I would like request any good lawyer to fight my case. I am happy to spend Rs.50, 000 to fight Airtel over a bill amount of Rs.10, 000.
