Deact. Panchang Alert Service

I have already talked 3 times to CC to deact. the service & they always reply me 'OK SIR' your service is deact. now.

But I'm still receiving Alert from no. 55660. and yesterday i received a message from 5566010 'your daily Panchang alert service has been renewed' and charged 10.00 RS for a month again.

Stop it ASAP or I'm going to complain to Consumer Forum.
