My airtel number is 9810705515. i had migrated from postpaid to prepaid. for that i had to make final payment before the billing cycle. thus i was not given my discounts on various plans which is given once the bill is generated. i had to make no dues payment before i migrated to prepaid. i was assured within 45 working days the discounted money will be sent to me on my billing address. i had contacted airtel nodal officer via email, but thus far ie after more than 90 days i have only been given one assurance that they are working upon my complaint.
it seems airtel is no mood to return my money and they have probably targeted customers like me to improve their profits
