M a old cstmr of AIRTEL... i lve in jsr bt nw m studin in pune n in bth d places m usin AIRTEL service bcoz i feel it bst... bt these days m gettin lots of trouble n harashment frm ur network... unnecisarilly my bal has been deducted... my no is 9939153553... m usin a blackberry set 2 days earlier also i hv cmplained bcoz of deduction of my bal... i was chrgd 0.30paise in evry 5 mins for browsin hw cn i browse frm blackberry... as u ppl knw dat blackberry hs its own net pck i.e. BBM (BLACKBERRY MESSANGER) bt my dat prob was solved n i gt my bal back whch was a sum of rs 15... bt today on 23rd july arnd 6;15 p.m a sum of rs 50 was deducted frm my main bal fr dwnloadin sme game... whch i hv nt done... plzzzz look into d matter n credit bck my amt... plzzzz ths unneccisarry deduction of bal is harassing ur coustomer n givin a VRY BAD NAME to ur netwrk AIRTEL... plzz look into d matter...
