Dear Sir,
My name is Ajay Bhuta, I stay at 1, Vijay Park, Janki Kutir, Juhu Road, Juhu, Mumbai 400 049. I have subscribed to Airtel mobile phone services, my mobile no is 9867023506, I am using this service from last more then 4 years. On 29th January suddenly there was no network in my mobile phone at my residence in Juhu. I registered a complaint with Airtel toll free no. 121 on 29th itself, my complaint no is 30691930. Though I insisted on getting the time frame in resolving my complaint, the customer service executive never game me. After that I have made numerous calls on finding the status of my complaint but till date the network problem persists. It has been more then 2 months now and Airtel has not resolved my problem.
Earlier in all these 4 years I have never faced network problem at my Juhu residence but from 29th January the problem persists.
I request you to guide me in how do I drag Airtel Company to Consumer court and get appropriate compensation.
