Dear Sir,
I wish to state that my roaming services was not active. I had been to singapore from 13th to 17th and all these days there was no roaming services.
Despite have made deposite of Rs.10, 000/- we find the services was inactive and therefore i had to miss some of my busiess calls.
It was so nice to say sorry on part of your organisation, but lose is lose and please do something about it.
