Resp Sir,
Since morning i am facing a network Problem. Today in news paper i read that all unauthorized mobile towers (Airtel Towers) will be sealed till evening.
But right now I am facing the problem. I am not able to receive or make calls through my cell phone.
I just want to register an complaint against my Mobile Service Provider (Airtel).
If I had been informed about this I would have prepared some options for myself.
The whole day i was not able to make any calls. As it was Sunday the customer care center here in Aurangabad was not open. As well as was not able to make call at customer care (121 and 198).
But in the evening at around 8 o'clock i got some network on my cellphone due to which i was able to make a call at CC (121) where i spoke to Hemant. but unfortunately that person was not having any kind of information regarding the same but still he took the complaint regarding the same and gave me the Ref: F719379608 as my complaint number.
This is how my mobile service provider is working don't have any kind of updates!!!
I kindly request you to look into these issue ASAP.
