Egarding offer on e bill

I chetan patil, airtel postpaid customer, mob no 9967770134, had received a cal by airtel in may, dat if i subscribe to e bil service which saves paper, i will get a discount of 50% in my june bil, but dint get any such discount.

this is a case of clear cheatin by airtel. kindly get me da discont as promised
