Dear sir,

I have submitted application for changing my prepaid mobile network connection to postpaid one month ago,

till 03 weeks they didnot started regular service and after 03 weeks when i asked them what is the problem they said that your document verification is rejected and again when i was ready to resubmit document to them they came 03 days later and after 03 days they stopped my outgoing calls without any prior intimation same thing they did to my wifes number as well, though i have submitted all reqiured documentsd 01 month before still i am not getting full service,
