Last month (october&november) i received call from airtel customer care, regarding the mobile number-9894820178- submission of identy&adress proof. In this phone call they informed that -
their sending an agent to my house to collect the submission proof (identity& address). I was waiting whole the day, but the agent did not come. After one week, again i got a similar type of call from airtel customer care, but no agent came till to date. On 28 Nov. 2011 at 19:30 hrs, i tried a call to my friend.
But the call was received by the customer care and informed me that my services has been suspended from 26 Nov. onwards. The services was suspended with out any intimation for which i made a query to the customer care. After that my services has been restored.
FINALLY I REQUEST THE AIRTEL SERVICES DO NOT ABORT THE SERVICES WITHOUT PRIOR INTIMATION AND TRY TO UNDERSTAND THE CUSTOMER EMERGENCY CALLS.
