I have bought a duplicate sim in Hosur and a new airtel sim at other shop in hosur itself! But none of it has been activated!
They are repeatedly saying "server down". Is this how an reputed company works?
Try to resolve the issue!
And if possible please give any Other regional officer mobile number instead of giving the 121 or 198.
Because they are taking complaints and repeating the same dialouge once again and again.
