Unwanted promotional offe

I had done a recharge of 200 rupees so that i can use it for more than a month and that i dont have to recharge again and again

loop service has put a un needed promotional offer with 20rs talktalk added and saying that i will have to use it in 20 days or the 200 rupees will expire

i never wanted a promotional offer and the customer care rep named ignatious fernandes was so un helpfull and un co operative and extremely rude.. his sentences - did i tell you to recharge
