Problems of service activation

On 30th September i paid 1200 rs for service of airtel to airtel 15ps, airtel to other mobile 30ps, airtel to landline 50ps and std 1.50 rs. I paid 600 rs each for me and my mother (i.e total 1200 rs) to get this services and provided them all necessary documents to them. They told that service will be activated within 12 hours. But till 4th Oct service is not activated. If we call them always they tell we will do this within 1 hour, like this they told me 3 to 4 times but still service is not activated. Very poor service.
