Issues with your reservations -
1. Nobody calls me back, they just blind transfer or disconnect my calls
2. I have been after them for last week to check availability.
3. Because of them lonaval is under renvoation call 30 days prior to checkin date.
4. 5. I am frustrated because being a member i am treated this way
6. I was told walkin clients are allowed to book 3 to 6 months in advance.
7. Members are only allowed to book 1 month in advance
8. I want better rates/ available rooms for 4 adts and 2 rooms between 26th Dec to 31st Dec but sold out
9. i want rooms for jul / aug but cannot book as resort under renovation.
10 . I want full refund or unused nites and no free nights
terms-
1.The entire membership terms and conditions after reading and understanding you opted for the 5 years membership for 6 nights 7 days each year by paying Rs 35000/- with your own free will.
2.We would clarify that your membership entitles you to enjoy holidays at company owned four resorts and 40 affiliated resorts.
3.Renting of holidays is an added advantage through which members can encash their holidays by selling it to the third party on their own and enjoy the rental income.
4.Please be informed that our Food and Beverages prices at Bajaj Highland Retreat Lonavala is quite reasonable as compared to other 3 star resorts in the same vicinity.
