I book a ticket on 19 Feb Guwahati - Bagdogra one-way for two

adult and I cancelled the trips on 6march. I got the cancel confirmation for Trip ID 1102193351 1.5 months ago and still I didnt received any money into my account. kindly refund the amount as early. thank you
