Our trip id 1206292808 i have booked one room with Hotel PurnaVilla at puri for two nights through www.cleartrip.com. On reaching puri we found that no rooms were booked in our name by clear trip. we are now looking for refund and already written to them with no effect.
Please advice us the next course of action.
