While trying to book rail tickets, I chose to pay by using my SBI Credit card no. 4317575019795781 & gave information about it. At the next step 6 on their website, following message flashed
'Step6 Booking Confirmation Details
Sorry, unfortunately there seems to be an error confirming your payment with your bank.'
Simultaneously, I received following message on my mobile phone from SBI Cards:
Transaction of Rs. 1, 228.00 made on Sbi Credit Card xx5781 at Yatra online Pvt Ltd on 5 Dec. 10. I have also complained to yatra.com. When i tried to send a copy of the above complaint on your E-mail ID: [email protected] I recd folwing feedback from Google
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
