Non refund of money

This is the mail which i had sent to make my trip but to no avail

Dear Sir,

i am Mohommad Javed and my mobile no is 9630102636.I was making an hotel booking transaction on 29/06 around 9.45 pm through make my trip website and the payment option was Netbanking (Oriental Bank of Commerce). The hotel name was Hotel Suba Palace in Mumbai, i was trying to book in with check in date 11 oct and check out date 13 oct

Unfortunetely when my money got debited from my account, a message came on my computer stating that my transaction failed

On the same day I contacted your toll free no, I was assured on that day was that my money would be refunded back to my account within 72 working hours

But when my money is not refunded back to my account, today i again rang your executive and he says that make my trip is not responsible for any unsuccessful transactions.

I am attaching you my account stataments and the 3rd transaction is one concerned, also the cyber receipt is attached, Kindly do the needful which will be highly appreciated
