Not received Holiday Voucher Purchased

I had a call from Phone no 02104786900 from India Today Book Club offering me holiday voucher for

Rs.3198. Mr. Aakash was there to tell me all benefits i m going to get for this amount. For this i booked two packages. my booking ID are 11004702 and 11004709. Money was deducted from my ICICI Bank credit card immediately on transaction nos 440010553 and 440010556.

This happend in October and i m still to receive my holiday vouchers

I want my money back. PLEASE HELP ME.
