Egarding mastercard

As on today i didnot recived my itzcash mastercard i have applied on dt;11/12 till today no one has responded on my request.from dt;10/3 they have given me a temporary ID but now without informing me its been disconnected. kindly take nessesary action to issue my card or refund my deposited amount
