I tried to book an online ticket from Chennai to Guntur in KesineniTravels.com on December 5th.
During the transaction, session expired after deducting funds (1360/-) from my account without booking ticket.
And I raised a compliant on the same day with Kesineni helpline. Case-id, they gave for that compliant is 23509. But for several calls to Kesineni Travels customer care, I got the same response; refunbd will happen in 2 days (48 working hours).
But refund didn't happen until.
