Two days back we travelled from Dindugal to chennai thru KPN A/C sleeper. The AC was not working throughout the journey. All the passengers shouted at the driver and cleaner when the bus started at Dindugal after 10min. They said they will solve the problem when they reach trichy but didnt do that. They didnt even refund the money as it was non-AC.
They ask us to keep even the larger luggages in our berth
Moreover the drivers dont stop in the busstand n they r very harsh to the passengers. We suffered with our 1.5yr old baby throughout the journey. Horrible... Someone should help take action against these people.
