I booked the above e-ticket online 20 OCT. via MakeMyTrip.
Last THU (10 DEC.) I found that I can not cancel this booking online and I send mail to MakeMyTrip 3 times. Up to now I only receive one automail said that "We will get back to you within 24 hours..." on 11 DEC. but until today (14 DEC.) I get nothing news for this case : (
The boarding date of the e-ticket is: 18 DEC. it seems so hard to get refund from MakeMyTrip.
