Efund of cancelled ticket not received

i booked a flight ticket on 18th May from AHMEDABAD to KOLKATA travel date 15th Nov through make my trip.com.i cancelled my ticketFLT0000431 2256, on 16th Nov.it was said from their side that refund would reflect on my account in next 7 business days but so far ten (45) days have passed and i am yet to receive my refund...

i dont know is it company policy to use customer's money?
