I have tried to book a ticket with MakeMyTrip but the transaction was incomplete due to some technical reason and the amount was debited from my account.
Immediately, I tried to get in touch with their 24/7 customer support but I had to be in the queue for approaximately 20 minutes and finally when the call was answered, the agent disconnected it. I tried again but this time aproaximately 30 minutes in the queue but no answer.
Finally I disconnected the call myself, because I have realized that the call charge from SWEDEN is exceeding the tickect charge itself.
I am not worried about the money spent on phone call but we really have to do something about this, to bring this into the attention of the management so that better quality support can be availed.
I am planning to send an email now but I dont have clue about theit response time.
