Make My Trip had called me in the month of October and told me that as a Privileged customer they will offer a holiday package of worth Rs 9000 for Rs 6600. The call was from a consultant named "Shift Thought". I was told that I will receive the holiday voucher within 21 working days. I was convinced to purchase the vouchers and was made to make the payment through telephone gate way and my credit card was charged of Rs 6700.Now I was promised that all the details provided on phone will be exactly the same and the call is recorded as a proof. Now its been 5 months and I never received the package. Since then I have been trying to contact Make my trip Customers service and every time I am promised a callback which I never received. I am looking forward for a refund as I have no hopes on Make My trip and feel that it would be waste of time and money going for a holiday through Make my Trip. I have spoke to almost all agents and 2 Managers and still no response. I am looking forward for a complete refund and not the vouchers. I am really disappointed and want a immediate action. Please help.
