Make my trip id: IN1005B02148
I had booked my hotel bookings for Kashmir trip through make my trip and made all the payments. This also included payment for hotel hilltop at Gulmarg. However on reaching Gulmarg i was informed by rip the hotel that make my trip has not done the booking and i have to pay for my stay. We tried calling make my trip.com several times but no action was taken by them. We ended up paying again for Gulmarg. The amount that we paid is Rs. 7, 202 for which we need a refund from make my trip
We have already informed make my trip for the refund by phone immediately in May and they had assured us to refund immediately. We also sent a renmainder email om 13th October for whichj there is no revert
Please find attached two documents: a) hotel bill for Rs.7, 202 and Letter from Hotel indicating that we have paid the amount and there was no booking from make my trip
