Refund Not Processed After 2 Months

Booking ID # NF251193251488 ; Cancellation Request ID: IN1105R0016305

Ref above booking ID, I had cancelled the return leg of the booking through Go-Air on the 28th of Feb and I was told refund would be processed within 4-5 working days into my Travel Agent's account.

I called up Go Air after a month to check on the status of refund. They said it had been refunded already to Makemytrips account within 5 days of cancellation.

I called up Makemytrip the same day, March 29th, and was informed THE CUSTOMER NEEDS TO GIVE A CALL TO LET YOU GUYS KNOW THAT THE FUNDS ARE REFUNED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT. I am sorry to inform you if that is the way your process works, and if the customer forgets to give you a call, you sit on the customer's money forever, I AM NEVER BOOKING WITH YOU GUYS AGAIN AND I'LL MAKE SURE A LOT OF PEOPLE KNOWS ABOUT THIS PATHETIC PROCESS AND SERVICE.

If that wasn't enough, your customer service representative I talked with on March 29th said the funds would be refunded in 5 working days. And you know what? IT IS STILL NOT REFUNDED AS ON 3RD MAY, PROBABLY BECAUSE YOUR EXTREMELY EFFICIENT CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM FORGOT TO PROCESS IT.

So here I am, more than 2 months after cancelling an air ticket and I am still awaiting refund from you. KUDOS TO EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

NOW PLEASE IF YOU ARE FINISHED EARNING INTEREST OFF OF MY 4000 ODD BUCKS, PLEASE BE KIND ENOUGH TO RETURN THE FUNDS IMMEDIATELY.
