With regards to the below mail regarding the refund for INR 1648, kindly note that from our end the refund was updated on 02 may but the refund was processed late from IRCTC to MakeMyTrip which was the reason for the delay,
As we have received the refund from IRCTC, it has been processed on 11th may and same will be reflecting in your account in 72 hours.

in last cancellation on 2nd may till date refund not received in my Bank account.
