Deducting money without providing flight tickets

Sir,

I used to purchase tickets for travels of mine and my staff to various destinations in India through the agency called Makemytrip. But they deceit us freequently by deducting money from my bank account and not providing any tickets. They promise that they will return my money back but that is not happening. Kindly take actions on them to return my money back to my account. My reference ID with them for the complaints : 111003-002255 and 111007-007199. It makes me worried whether they do the same thing with their trusted customers often.
