REFUND NOT GIVEN FOR HOTEL CANCELLATION

Please note that I vivek gandotra has not yet received the refund amt of rs.5307/- against a hotel cancellation whose cancellation ref # is IN1203R0079723.this was for a hotel booking in hotel monal at Dalhousie from 28/03 to 02/04.the expected refund date against the cancellation was 28/03.but till now I haven’t received it. What is the cause of such a delay? The hotel booking id is: NH210421809243.
