Ticket Cancellation Refund Not Made

Hi,

I had booked an Air Kingfisher ticket through Makemytrip.com for the 20th of Jan. This ticket cost me Rs. 3136/-. Since I had to pre-pone my trip to 19th Jan, I took a new ticket directly from the Kingfisher Airlines at the airport. Kingfisher airport authorities asked me to pay the whole amount (i.e. Rs.5500/-) for the fresh thicket which they issued to me. They also told me that an e-ticket booked through Makemytrip would have to be cancelled online itself.

I cancelled my ticket on the 19th itself from Makemytrip website. I got a comment after successful cancellation stating that, the amount would get credited to my bank accout after 10 business days, after deduction of the cancellation charges. It is 11th Feb.2010 today (more than 20 working days) but my amount is still not credited to my bank account.

Every time i speak to a customer support exec. They give me different answers altogether. Even to an extent of disconnecting my call.

Please could you help me get my refunded amt.?
