I booked a ticket on 10th October for a flight at 11th October through makemytrip.com (MakeMyTrip Booking ID - NF251391094886). But due to some circumstances i canceled my ticket on the same day, i.e., 10th October through makemytrip.com again (Cancellation Number - IN1010R0036943). After the cancellation charges the money i have to get back is Rs. 3, 161. They said they will return the money during 7 working days. I got a refund confirmation in my e-mail on 11th October. But it is not reflecting in my account. When i checked in the makemytrip.com. It was shown that the money was refunded on 11th October, But to a different account than what i have used for booking my ticket. I was using an AXIS bank account and it was refunded to the account on HDFC bank,

which i do not even know before. I called up the bank but they said it must be the mistake of the agent (i.e., makemytrip.com).

When i called a customer care, there is no human to talk to and there is no option for complains on refund or cancellation. And there is no information on their branches at any places also.
