The company charged me twice for the same reservation. After repeated attempts at getting this corrected, and spending a numerous hours on the phone with their representatives over multiple phone calls, the issue has still not been fixed. I have been told twice that money will be refunded. The first time they said the money will be refunded within 7 business days but nothing happened. The second time they asked for another 7 days and still nothing. It has been a month and a half since I have reported the problem to them.
This business is a scam and the service is atrocious. I will file a case with my credit card company and hopefully that will work.
