Delay in Refund

I did a internet booking for rail tickets through makemytrip.com in September'10. Ticket with PNR No. 2411631391 wasn't confirmed hence there was a refund due for Rs1802. It has been over 2 months that i was suppose to get this refund in my account whereas I haven't received the same till now and neither makemytrip.com is able to assist me on same. Please help
