I booked airline ticket aand hotel accomodation from kolkata to port blair on line on the web site of make my trip.com on 10 January. On the web site makemytrip.com confirmed that both air ticket by jetlite and hotel accomodation at hotel mainak is available on dates requested . the website asked me to pay and I paid by credit card Rs 43000/- which was debited from my account. I recieved an emial confirming hotel accomodation but telling me that my e ticket for air journey will be sent by e.mail shortly. Journey was to commence on 16 january . till 12 th january neither did I get the e ticket nor any communication from makemytrip.com. From 12 th january till 15 th january i made anumber of calls on make my trip.com help line and also e mailed for my e ticket, but no response except that my complaint is being taken up with supervsors . finally I was told on 15 th evening on the helpline that due technical fault with automated e mail system my e. ticket could not be sent .ince it was no longer possible for me to make journey on the next day morning even if the ticket was to be mailed to me at night of 15 th, I requested the help line operator to cancell my bookings of air ticket and hotel booking and refund the full amount as it was make my trip .com which has faled to provide the ticket and without travelling to port blair obviusly I can not avail hotel accomodation. I was promised and recived an e mial that full refund will be processed. To my utter surprise I recieved an e mail on 17 th that only 5000/- out of 43000/- i paid is being refunded to me my booking reference is NP 210782524723
