Cheated on flight bookings

Thanks for the Wonderful Diwali Gift of Rs 12000 Makemytrip!! (Booking ID IN1110B10157)

Thanks for charging me Rs 12000 extra on my international flight booking from Chicago to Mumbai. I was cheated openly in broad daylight by Makemytrip. For a child ticket I was charged the full price applicable to adult when I made a booking via phone through its agent (call centre). After the booking i checked online the price at their site and I discovered that the child ticket (less than 12 years) was $250 less. (I have the screenshots). Also, I cross checked at the airlines website (Etihad Airways) and found that child ticket was actually priced lesser. Then I enquired again with another agent from makemytrip and he also sent me a quote on mail with the child ticket priced substantially lesser.

After all this, realizing that I was fooled, I wrote a email complaint [Reference:111022-031111], called there call centre almost daily since the last 2 weeks but to no avail. Till date I havn't got any mail or response on Phone. Whenever I call customer care they repeat the same thing that it will addressed in 24 hours.

Now, its for everyone to decide should we trust such companies (or rather cheaters)?
