I booked several airline tickets through online website www.makemytrio.com on 1st June and cacelled them on 4th June. They are not refunding my money against cancelled e-tickets. Contacting them on phone is most difficult work because of intervention of computerised phone operation. I complained through Customer Feedback Service and they responded with an assignment of their Reference ID 1106-007173. But they are not making payment to my bank. This is unethical and gross dishonesty on their part. Kindly help me through your resources in getting my refund.
