I just arrived in India from Canada and my sister-in-law and her family were coming from Australia. I was looking for a good resort in Udaipur.Net Search led me to heritage resort website.. I asked my Office Admin in India to find more information and we wired Rs. 34080 via Net Banking to their Account.
When we went there, most of the place was under renovation (I also have the videos). The swimming pool was working but games, etc was not there.
It seemed, we were the only customers there as the place was under renovation. We did not ask and they did not tell.
Now comes the good part, when we left, I asked for a receipt of the money we paid to them. I was told that the Computer system was down. Mr. Tushar the owner took down my address and promised to courier the receipt to me.
It has been over 8 months and I have followed up at least 3 to 4 times via email requesting the same.
They seem to have lost data and I never got the receipt too. I hate the way they keep customers in dark and do shady business practices!
